Self-Care

Self-Care in University Life

University life brings many new challenges — academics, friendships, career decisions, and more. It is natural to feel lost or overwhelmed at times. Some of you may want to talk to someone, but feel embarrassed or unsure of who to turn to.

With just a few small steps, many of these challenges become easier to handle on your own. For those who are unsure whether to seek counseling, we have compiled practical tips for dealing with common issues in university life.

Even if you are not struggling right now, knowing how to help others can make a real difference when a friend is going through a hard time. Please take a moment to read through.

If you would like to know more, or if you are dealing with something not covered here, feel free to visit a Campus Life and Health Support Center near you.
